Congratulations Brownlow Library 'Learning to Earning' Group! PDF Print E-mail

I’d like to pass on a huge congratulations to the Brownlow Library 2010 Learning to Earning group who completed the final day of their training yesterday (5 May 2010).  

 

I I think it’s fair to say each and every member of this group achieved much more than they ever thought possible.  Maureen Pue (tutor) was a great inspiration to the group and guided them through each of the three elements – personal development, IT and Preparing for Work.  As well as growing in confidence they are now equipped with skills in using a computer, going for interviews and dealing with stressful situations. One participant Angela, even got a full time job, so well done to her!  I have no doubt that it wont be long until the others achieve the same.
