The Workers’ Educational Association (WEA), as Lead body in the Men’s Learning and Health Partnership, wishes to recruit for temporary maternity cover for the following post:

Development Officer (to be based In Belfast) Ref: MDO3/11

The Development Officer will be responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering a learning programme to men throughout Northern Ireland. The Development Officer must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of developing, co-ordinating and delivering learning programmes in a community setting.

• Salary will be £24,606 (pro rota) plus a car allowance of £1,484.
• Hours: 35 hours per week. 
• Duration: 5 Months. 
• Must be available to start 14th February 2011.
