| WEA celebrates Adult Learners' Week |

The WEA recently held a reception at Stormont to celebrate its learners’ achievements as part of Adult Learners’ Week.
The learners were congratulated by Sue Ramsay, MLA, Chair of the Committee for Employment and Learning and presented with framed photographs of their respective award ceremonies.
Speaking at the event WEA Director Stevie Johnston commented, “We are absolutely delighted with the successes of WEA learners in the past year. Eleven of our learners have won prestigious awards. The awards are all extremely well deserved by the individuals concerned, but also give further validation of the high quality learning opportunities provided by the WEA for thous
